Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, all original code, designs, and AI architectures developed by Yaralink remain the property of Yaralink until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

While we strive for excellence in our AI implementations, you acknowledge that AI systems are probabilistic by nature. Yaralink does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI outputs and is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
4. Limitation of Liability
Yaralink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
